Due to the nature of our offerings, which include digital products, software-based services, and customized technical services, all sales are considered final once the service has been activated or the digital content has been delivered.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted only in the following situations
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Billing errors confirmed by our support team
- Technical issues that prevent service delivery and cannot be resolved after reasonable troubleshooting efforts
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the purchase date.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Services that have already been activated, delivered, or fully executed
- Digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, or used
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to meet system, network, or technical requirements previously disclosed

Refund Processing

Exchanges
As our products and services are digital or service-based, we do not offer exchanges.
