    This bundle covers the initial setup required to enable call authentication on the customer’s existing ProSBC environment, according to the applicable Anatel/ABR Telecom technical journey.

    Important: it does not include ZICTEC Tools licensing, ZICTEC SaaS/APIs, additional ProSBC licenses, recurring operational support, Origem Verificada/Branded Call, campaign management or any other services not expressly described.

    If the customer needs assisted operation, reports, API/SaaS ZICTEC or recurring governance, this bundle may not be the right fit. Always consult ZICTEC’s commercial department before purchasing to confirm the scope and clarify what is or is not included.

    AS-OOB SaaS for STIR/SHAKEN with ZICTEC ISBC: the ISBC consumes the ZICTEC/Neustar API to perform STI-AS (Authentication Service) and optionally VS. In SIP Out-of-Band mode, the origin receives SIP 4xx, 5xx or 6xx responses to decide route failover, continuation or blocking. Optional SIP 302 Redirect with Identity header may be used when supported by the originating platform.

    Light Plan: up to 10 CAPS, up to 10 million records/month and up to 2 source IPs. Scope and interoperability must be validated before purchase.
