– Configuration adjustments to the SBC (ProSBC), including the implementation of ZICTEC proprietary custom scripts.
– Configuration required to connect to the authentication service.
– Execution of tests in the UAT environment
– Validation and testing of the authentication service.
– Submission of supporting evidence to ABR/Neustar.
– Testing in the production (PROD) environment.
It does not include operational support, which must be contracted separately to carry out other technical activities:
– Configuration of trunks and routes that will use the service on the SBC;
– Adjustments and support for the SBC and the AIA service.
– Other complementary services not included, which may be contracted at a later stage, include: Softswitch support, STFC regulatory management, STFC interconnection management, STFC operational management, DETRAF, among others.
